John McDermott January 13, 2018 For anyone else that sees this and tries it themselves, here's a couple tips I learned. 90% alcohol removes the hot glue, and before you hammer, put down a couple layers of masking tape on the areas you plan to hammer on, this will save your paint. John McDermott January 13, 2018 Just goes to show that you never have an original idea… I have a small dent thanks to some selfish PRICK that backed out and hit my car and didn't have the goddamned decency to even leave me their contact info… So, I had the brilliant idea to try to hot glue something to the car to pull the dent.
